My role focuses on technology project management and digital transformation initiatives for companies. Over the past few years, I have been working as a Technology Program Manager at Interamerican, where I oversee the implementation of the company’s IT Strategy by the IT teams, ensuring alignment with the organization’s overall strategic direction. In parallel, I develop teams and technology solutions together with my team, while also providing consulting services to startups.
Throughout my career, I have delivered end‑to‑end digital transformation projects for SMEs, Greek companies with international reach, as well as multinational organizations and the Greek public sector.
In addition, I have previously held roles in Sales, Recruitment, and within the NGO ecosystem. As a result, when collaborating with startups, my focus is typically on business plan development, sales and market‑entry strategies, team building, and final product definition, whether this αφορά a digital product (such as an app, web app, platform, or SaaS solution) or a physical product.
