Eleni Salavou is a Professor of Business Administration at the Athens University of Economics and Business and Director of the Athens MBA. Her research interests focus on entrepreneurship (both conventional and social), innovation, and the strategy of small‑sized enterprises.
At the University, she is a founding member of the Social Entrepreneurship Research Unit and serves as Scientific Director of the educational program “Entrepreneurship of the Future for Youth and Adolescents” (launched in 2022). Her academic work includes publications in international peer‑reviewed journals, as well as significant involvement in Greek and international research projects.
Alongside her academic career, she provides consulting services within her areas of expertise and offers mentoring and guidance to entrepreneurship initiatives.
