Nikolas Portarakis is a Manager in EY’s Athens office within the People Advisory Services team. He holds a BA in Political Science and History from Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences and a master’s degree in Political Science and Communication from Université Paris-Dauphine PSL in France. In addition, Nikolas is a certified Coach by the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC). He has more than 12 years of experience in managerial roles across various companies and industries, including the F&B and retail sectors. This experience enables him to develop a deep understanding of human resources and management functions and processes, such as performance management, development centers, workforce planning, the design and delivery of training programs, and change management.
