Konstantinos Papazoglou is a Partner in Strategy & Execution at EY Parthenon in Greece, with more than 20 years of experience in strategy, corporate transactions, and transformation programs, primarily in the financial services sector.
He has led projects for banks and insurance companies in Greece and internationally, supporting organizations in shaping business strategy, making investment decisions, and delivering value creation initiatives. He has extensive experience in investment appraisal, transformations and mergers, as well as in operating model redesign and performance improvement.
Prior to joining EY Parthenon, he served as Head of Transformation Business Strategy at Piraeus Bank, where he played a central role in designing and delivering the bank’s transformation program and in monitoring the achievement of its strategic and financial objectives.
He is a member of ACCA and holds an International MBA from the Athens University of Economics and Business, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the same institution.
