Dimitris Theofanous is the Founder and Managing Director of eTURN, a consulting firm specializing in e-commerce and digital transformation. He also works as a Strategy & Board Advisor for companies across the broader retail and e-commerce ecosystem.
In the past, he served as General Manager of Food Plus (KFC & Pizza Hut), overseeing the overall operational and digital transformation of the group. He also held the position of Business Unit Director at you.gr, the e-tailer of the Quest Group, one of the largest players in the Greek e-commerce market in Consumer Electronics, FMCG, and Small Domestic Appliances.
Earlier in his career, he was a founding member of ricardo.gr and brandsGalaxy.gr (ANT1 Group), and also served as Marketing Director at airtickets.gr, gaining extensive experience in various stages of digital business development — from startups to mature organizations.
He is a founding member of the Hellenic E-Commerce Association (GRECA), where he served as President from 2015 to 2016, and was responsible for the association’s European relations and external outreach.
Dimitris holds a degree in Shipping Studies from the University of Piraeus and an International MBA (Marketing & Strategy) from the Athens University of Economics and Business, as a fellow of the Alexander S. Onassis Foundation. He frequently speaks at educational seminars and professional conferences, focusing on e-commerce, omnichannel strategies, and business growth development.
