By submitting an application, the mentor acknowledges that, in order to participate as a mentor – that is, as a specialized professional or academic who, on a voluntary basis and without remuneration, provides guidance, consulting support, and transfer of knowledge or experience to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), business teams, research teams, and/or startups within the Accelerator of the Greek Hub for Small and Medium Enterprises GAIA-X (hereinafter “Accelerator”), with the aim of guiding, training, and networking the individual Teams—they are obliged to ensure that:

  • 1. There is no conflict of interest (direct, indirect, actual, potential, hypothetical, or possible) between them (or persons directly and substantially connected to them) and the subject matter of the aforementioned Team assigned to them, nor does there exist any direct or indirect financial, professional, or other interest that could influence the impartial and independent execution of their duties.

They do not maintain participation, a position, an employment relationship, a project or service contract, shares/stocks, or other financial interest in an enterprise or organization whose interests conflict or may reasonably be expected to conflict with the interests of the Team assigned to them.
