Menia is owner and board member of two five-star hotel properties in Greece with a total capacity of 340 beds. She has been involved in various positions in the hospitality industry, working up through the ranks of Rooms Division, Resort Operations, Revenue & Sales department, and F&B operations. In the past she has worked first as an Operations Manager and later as a General Manager at the multi-awarded, member of LHW, Katikies Group.
In addition to this, she was selected by Katikies Group and Nikki Beach Global to lead the opening of the flagship Nikki Beach Resort in Santorini as a General Manager. Menia has worked in the Advisory & Hotel Management department of company “HotelBrain Group” overseeing the hotel investments and development section. During her tenure, she has taken part in various hotel investment projects providing consulting services that covered all aspects of project’s development cycle. Prior to developing her own boutique hotel brand with a team of internationally acclaimed professionals, she worked as a Business Development Director at Phaedrus Asset Management.
Menia holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from University of Macedonia, a Μaster’s in Management from Cass Business School in London and an MBA from Strathclyde Business School in Glasgow. Furthermore, she graduated from German School in Thessaloniki and speaks fluently German, English and Greek. She is a mentor in Prince’s Trust International Enterprise Program in Greece and a licensed member of Economic Chamber of Greece.
