Kirki Schiza is a Marketing, Communication and Customer Experience Consultant with more than 20 years of experience working with large organizations, startups and innovative projects across diverse industries. She has collaborated with founders, co-founders and startup teams, supporting them at every stage of growth — from shaping the business idea and business model to strategic marketing, positioning, brand identity development and the overall customer experience.

She has deep expertise in community building and activation, strategic customer experience design and optimization, and service design, transforming knowledge and experience into practical value for businesses and teams. She is a certified Startup Growth and Sustainability Consultant by the Inter-Chamber Certification Body and a certified mentor through the SUCCEED program, with a strong focus on sustainable growth and scalability.

She holds a solid academic background, with an MSc in Marketing & Communication with New Technologies from the Athens University of Economics and Business and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Piraeus. She has also specialized in Customer Experience through The CX Academy and holds certifications in Project Management from the Project Management Institute, Online Marketing (OMCP), as well as in contemporary marketing and AI practices through certified programs by GrowthRocks and the Hellenic American Union.
