He is a graduate of the School of Mining and Metallurgical Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens and holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD. He began his career in production and operations roles and progressively transitioned into senior strategic management positions with significant international exposure, building more than 40 years of experience in mining and mineral processing, as well as in business development and corporate governance.
He possesses deep expertise in the international regulatory framework governing the extractive industry, with particular emphasis on environmental permitting, as well as in building long-term, sustainable relationships with local communities.
Among other roles, he serves as a member of the General Council of SEV (Hellenic Federation of Enterprises), a Board Member of the SEV/VIAN Council, and Vice President of the Hellenic Management Volunteers Association (KEMEL).
