Member Onboarding Process
Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs), Startups, and Business Teams
The structure of the “Greek GAIA-X SMEs Hub” is designed to operate as an open, collaborative ecosystem composed of different categories of members. Each member category has a distinct role, specific rights and obligations, as well as a dedicated onboarding process.
Registration Request and Submission of Business Proposal
Interested businesses or teams submit an online application through the platform, accompanied by a brief description of their business idea/action and their team. The form to be completed and submitted is available here. Additionally, teams are asked to attach a corresponding pitch deck presentation.
Evaluation
The proposal is reviewed by the designated Evaluation Committee. Key criteria include the business team/company and its ability to implement and capitalize on the idea, as well as the idea itself and its level of maturity. Learn more about the evaluation process and criteria here.
Trial Membership
Pre-selected applicants are notified via email and through the platform, and enter a trial acceleration phase lasting up to 10 days. During this period, a coach guides them through diagnosing and documenting their needs.
Submission of Final Business Plan
As they approach the completion of the trial phase, participants submit an updated business plan. The Business Plan is prepared and submitted based on a template provided by the GAIA-X Accelerator staff.
Full Membership
After final approval, businesses officially become members of the GAIA-X Accelerator and enter the final acceleration cycle, lasting up to 2 months, gaining access to all Accelerator services (mentoring, training programs, networking, etc.).
