Yannis Papakostas is a Partner in the Consulting Services department of EY Greece, responsible for the design and implementation of large-scale Business Transformation projects aimed at significantly improving performance through reassessing the organization’s strategy and operating model, leveraging the capabilities of new technologies – including Artificial Intelligence – and innovation.
He has 25 years of professional experience, combining 15 years in the consulting sector with more than 10 years of hands-on experience in executive roles across the banking, telecommunications, consumer products, and heavy industry sectors. Throughout his career, he has led projects involving the development of overall corporate strategy and business operating model, digital transformation and innovation, business process reengineering, and post-merger integration.
He holds a Diploma in Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, and an MBA from Cardiff Business School.
