Efthymis Serpetzoglou has been active in Research & Development for over 13 years, with experience in telecommunications, optoelectronics, and technological innovation. He holds a PhD in Physics from the University of Crete, with research expertise in optoelectronics and a strong scientific background in linking fundamental research with applied technological solutions. At the same time, he is pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), further enhancing his managerial and strategic profile.
He currently works as an R&D Project Manager and Innovation Consultant, with extensive experience managing complex European Research, Development, and Innovation projects. At AppArt, he manages five European projects in the fields of Telecommunications, Energy, and Cybersecurity, contributing to their timely implementation, ensuring the quality of deliverables, and facilitating effective collaboration with all stakeholders. Additionally, through My EU Consulting, he collaborates with European organizations and innovative companies to secure funding and develop advanced technological and business solutions.
He is recognized for his systematic and analytical approach to project management, his ability to coordinate multidisciplinary and multicultural teams, and his effectiveness in collaborating within demanding international environments.
