Mary started her career in the area of marketing but soon was fascinated by Human Resources. She studied Business Administration and Psychology and is a 360o HR professional with more than 20 years of experience in various industries. Her greater achievement is the impressive scale-up of Hemmersbach Greece, a German multinational company in the area of IT, where orchestrated a development of 320 FC in four years. She has the responsibility of 10 colleagues who serve more than 5K users globally . Her leadership style aims to unlock the true potential of the universe around her and receives great satisfaction when her Teams move forward to new adventures. She has been included in several HR Powerlists, won 1 HR Award, and drove her company to Great Places to Work 4 times. As a 10-time marathon finisher, she is characterized by patience, perseverance and focus, and enjoys working on different projects.
